We offer 3 packages that cover the bulk of our services. But, we are flexible in our services to meet your needs for your celebration. In all 3 of our packages we usually supply 2 photographers unless your event does not warrant it (small, personal ceremonies usually only need 1 for proper coverage). We try not to under or over staff an event and make every effort to stay out of the way so you and your guests can enjoy the day.
If one of the 3 packages below do not meet your needs, we can supply a photographer at a per hour rate of $150.00 per hour per photographer.
In addition to the packages below we also offer at an extra charge:
- Portrait Studio ($40 Setup Fee): How often do people get dressed up for a special occasion? For a small fee we will setup portrait studio lighting and get pictures of your guests in a more formal setting. At the time the pictures are taken your guests will be given a card with the web address of the gallery, the name of the gallery as it will be once created and the password to get into the gallery. From there they can purchase pictures of themselves at a reasonable rate.
NOTE: Please keep in mind a 10ft x 10ft area will need to be secured in the venue for this service. This is usually done in a suitable corner of the hall area for your event. In the event the area we choose does not have a suitable back drop we will setup a generic back drop for the shoot. This service requires 2 photographers for your event if you are contracting by the hour.
NOTE: The client will be responsible for any admission fees if the venue of choice charges one. The client is also responsible for getting permission from the venue to take professional photographs there as some do not allow it. In the event of bad weather a new date will be scheduled if the pictures are to be taken outside. If there are any concerns with a venue in regards to safety or legality we will discuss this with you a head of time.
Silver (al-la cart)
$800.00
- Start: 1.5 hrs prior to event. Additional pre event shooting time: $75.00 for 1.5hrs (3hrs total) or $150.00 - you set the start time.
- End: After you are satisfied we have all of the pictures you want for the event that day.
- All proofs uploaded to a password protected online gallery/ordering system.
- You pick the pictures you want printed and the sizes and pay per print.
- You can share your login with others to order prints as they desire.
- Proofs remain online for 365 days.
- Originals Disks (printable jpg images) and limited copyright release can be added for $150.00
Gold
$1200.00

- End: After you are satisfied we have all of the pictures you want for the event that day.

- You pick the pictures you want printed and the sizes and pay per print.

Platinum
$1500.00
- Start: You set the start time.
- End: After you are satisfied we have all of the pictures you want for the event that day.

- You pick the pictures you want printed and the sizes and pay per print.
- You can share your login with others to order prints as they desire.
- Proofs remain online for 365 days.
- Originals Disks (printable jpg images) and limited copyright release given (Included).
- 2 - 8x8 Hard Cover coffee table style photo books put together for the parents of the bride and groom by our artistic staff using pictures of your choosing (Included).
